Knicks Look To Cast Spell On Magic

Written by LivesInNewJersey on .

I hope everyone has had a wonderful gobble, gobble weekend.  This evening, the Knicks look to take on the Southeast Conference leaders, the Orlando Magic (13-4).  I am not sure that I will be able to attend the game or the LBE, but I will open the bar and toss the keys to anyone who wants to spend the last day of the long weekend (for some of us) chatting up the Knicks.  If anyone in particular wants to produce, feel free to contact me ASAP.

Knicks Host Celtics -- Another Live Blogging Joint

Written by LivesInNewJersey on .

Knicks Piss On Celtics

The Knicks (3-9) take on our arch rivals, the Boston Celtics (9-4) with hopes of extending our winning streak to three games. The home team of homies enters this game after beating the winless Nets yesterday afternoon. The revamped Celtics are coming off a 83-79 loss to the Orlando Magic. Although the Greenies, have the best field goal percentage in the league at 48.7% and a league best defense with only 88.4 points allowed per game, they are facing questions about their chemistry and consistency. Apparently they allow too many first quarter pointsRajon Rondo's head can't fit through his contract and Rasheed can't consistently fit the threee ball through the hoop. This sounds like an opportunity for the team with the third worst defense (108.0 points per game), second worst field goal percentage (49.3%) and the worst in rebounds allowed (46.8 per) -- an opportunity to steal one from the cream up top. Or an opportunity for the Celtics to get back on track. Join us and we'll see.
