The entire NBA is now taking note of the warning Chris Bosh sent out to the entire League, " The Knicks are building one very dangerous team and they are flying under the radar."
Perhaps the most scary fact is the EYE of this Orange and Blue Storm is gathering strength every day that Shumpert, Amare and Camby can take more time to get healthy and add to
the increased severity of category of this Storm. With Tyson Chandler playing yesterday battling Flu like symptoms and the conditioning of Rasheed Wallace increasing every day is disconcerting to every team
in the league that must face this Orange and Blue Storm.
The message the Knicks will send tonight is that they will not take "Games Off" or let up. The depth of this team will not allow for such under Coach Miike Woodson. What may be even more scary is that the Knicks have by far not played their best Basketball as of yet. This Re-post of the Sixer blog ( Thank Brookdon of The Knicks Blog) will show the opposition's view from a perspective of other teams that have to face this Orange and Blue Storm : SIXER BLOG COMMENTS MADE YESTERDAY..........
"The key would be stopping Melo. Melo is their ONLY scoring threat out there. Hopefully, Thad, Dorell and ET can give Melo a hard time scoring."
"Lavoy on Tyson Chandler: Holy mismatch"
"Thad on Melo is a huge mismatch in favor of Melo"
"When did the Knicks learn to move the ball?"
"Sixers should slow it down and wait for half the Knicks roster to die."
"I hate Novak."
"When will the Knicks 3pt% finally regress?"
"Maybe seeing what Melo does to us before and after Iguodala will convince people he was important?"
"But the defense as a whole has been very bad. Gotta say though, the Knicks’ spacing is really impressive. They did this against (a half asleep, but still) Miami the other night. They are so much better with Melo at the 4."
" I agree with melo being better at the four simply because he causes match up problems from that position, is a good passer out of double teams as well."
"Personal dislike aside, I think the Knicks are a pretty good team that has a chance to be special. Their weakness last year was injuries + PG play. And Melo at the 4 creates a mismatch at that spot plus it opens up the 3 for another perimeter shooter."
"The MSG broadcast is actually not that bad"
"JR Smith has nights like this every once in a while just hits EVERYTHING. When he was with the Nuggets seemed like every week or 2 I’d look at the scoreboard and see that Smith had dropped like 37 or 41 or something with 7 3s."
Tonight will be another Knick Blowout win. Tonight we may see the finalisation of the starting lineup despite Amare and Shumpert's return. Tonight you may see JR Smith's punishment for talking to the press about his goal of being a starter lifted. Worth repeating again " "JR Smith has nights like this every once in a while just hits EVERYTHING. When he was with the Nuggets seemed like every week or 2 I’d look at the scoreboard and see that Smith had dropped like 37 or 41 or something with 7 3s.
The Knicks have held the Heat and Sixers whom have both been predicted by the MSM to finish well ahead of the Knicks to 84 points! 84 points!!! This Orange and Blue Storm's defense will only get much better when Camby and Shumpert return and Rasheed Wallace is in NBA shape. Make no mistake, we are watching something special evolve here that is not a gimmick or insanity. We are watching the early coming together of the 2012-13 unbeatable Orange and Blue Hurricane formerly known as the New York Knicks. It's been 40 long years since we've had a team so special, talented and well coached.
Here is a bold prediction that I will make and feel it will happen. The Knicks start out 12-0. Yes I said that, 12-0. Here are our next 9 games after tonight:

Call me whatever you feel like ...... but after this run... all the MSM highlights will be: CAN THE ORANGE AND BLUE STORM WHO THE KNICKS HAVE BECOME. BE STOPPED?
Of course this is wishful thinking but consider the talent and determination of this Orange and Blue Hurricane formerly known as the New York Knicks, it would not take a miracle or insanity for such a start
to truly happen. Don't bet against me here...you'd lose big time!
The Knicks have certainly been impressive thus far in the regular season. I will go as far to say that they have not looked so good since the Riley years in the early 1990s. I doubt it will last much longer, however. The Knicks are still in the toughest division in the league with three other team capable of beating them. Lets see how the Knicks fare twenty or thirty games from now.
There are two certain Pundasses emerging the MSM. The first are in NY rags and FOX who claimed that Twitt would beat POTUS and become 45th. The second are in the same rags and BSPN who hoisted the O'Brien in Barclay's Center on the wrong side of the Bowery. Our side has two significant injury (Shump and STAT) yet still we rise. No mention of Deron and Wallace as being fragile or crippling to their Brooklyn pipe dream. Now Miami comes in to put the second nail in the Lil' General's coffin with a 30-point shellacking. Thirty more of these should seal the deal for Stan.
Steady as IT goes
PUP is a glutton for punishment by continuing to wager with Peaceman. By now everyone knows that Peaceman only plays with HOUSE money. You should not talk wager until such time that he returns the dead to your ranch.
Re: the rotation--Considering the trend where Melo plays the whole 1stQ and Earl "Don't Call me the Pearl" Smith coming in 8 minutes after Jump ball to spell JKidd, the rotation you are suggesting would not work. Woody will most likely mix the two units with sprinkles of youth and grey beards who know how to play the game. First, the best players should start when you have such luxury as our NYK does. The NYK are 14 deep and the most effective rotation will be of 9-10 players as the season winds into the playoffs. The challenge will be keeping guys hungry/healthy/happy for the duration of the regular season. TWT
Steady as IT goes.
Peaceman: I am starting to believe your predictions--win against Heat on opening night, and two blowout wins against Philadelphia, as well as Obama victory based on your Electoral College numbers. if we beat Dallas by 15 as you predict above, I may consult you for stock market tips and Vegas odds on all sports, not just hoops.
Before we get too carried away, I believe the Heat came in to New York with their mind's elsewhere--especially Chalmers and Allen. Heat will want revenge when Knicks visit Miami in December. The Sixer team was also depleted without Andrew Bynum and Jason Richardson, and will offer considerably more resistance once those two are healthy. Nevertheless, Knicks start of season has been quite impressive, especially since two of the projected starters --- Stat and Shump are not as yet available.
I especially like what the veterans are bringing to the table, and we haven't even seen Camby yet. Based on the vet's performance, Woody may want to field at some stage a five man "Geriatric Unit":
J. Kidd, P. Prigioni, M. Camby, R. Wallace and K. Thomas--no one under 35. That group could play for 7-8 minutes without conceding much at either end of the floor, and take a lot of teams to school with their defense, court experience and size. LGK
Voted today. Guess for who. Not the troll who dissed 47% of the electorate and vowed to shut down FEMA only to do a turnabout after a national disaster. Selfish self serving, evil fuckwads!
3-0 and they should take out the Mavs. I'm feeling good about this Knicks team. Where are all the bytches crying about Jeremy Lin!
@ Steady, here is the Philly post game interview with Woodson.
Peaceman will give me back my ranch when either: (1) J R comes off the bench rather than starts in 41 games or (2) the Knicks fail to win the NBA championship this season. If the latter happens, I will be pleased to have him keep my ranch plus whatever else I wagered. Then again, I will count upon my fellow fanatics to bail me out of pure joy in winning the brass ring.
As for my "geriatric unit," I was being facetious rather than serious, but that AARP group could just happen to take the floor at some point this season; and if it does happen, you read it hear first. Moreover, that unit, in my opinion, would do quite well for a half-quarter or so against a number of teams.
@Peaceman Situations like that (being walked down from 23 points) puts the Coaching staff on guard. The Lil' General (1*) may not be able to survive too many of these and the culprit will be at the point of it all. Payback is ABS in a thong-ta-ta-ta-thong.
This time, NOT Just Bloguin.
And what will the pundasses say then after claiming the Brooklyn Nots are better than our side?
Steady as IT goes.
@Orange and Blue Lin and the Trog Landry....we are light years better with real Ballers. Anyone want to make fun of Sheed now?
@Peaceman Good lookin' out Peaceman. Useful; very useful.
Steady as IT goes.
@Peaceman Yeah it's funny, Lin rides Harden's coatails and Landry is overpaid given his production with the Raptors. People were again talking shyt about Knicks management for letting those tools go. Management finally figuring out the gambles, games and big picture.
@Peaceman I wanna smoke some victory blunts with sheed.
