Good morning. I guess. I missed something. There's almost as much passion in the past four comments as in the one's following the Gallinari trade.
@beibei I WORK FOR THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION.
DELETE YOU POSTS OR YOUR MINE!
@beibei GET this fuching HODA outa here!
Danny in Beantown was looking for someone to guard LeBron, Melo & Deng. Perkins is overrated, while Green is young and healthy. A steal for the Celts.
Stats & Melo means you have to outscore your opponents. They will not shut anyone down, but they will sell tickets. BTW you have to give these guys a few games to develop chemistry
O&B, are you in or out? You cant swing from both sides of the fence, or let's say you should not.
IGM 7 OJ Mayo. Wow!! did IGM select Jordan Hill?
Peace & Blessings
That Perkins trade was just another final straw. Danny-boy is playing with the Science while hoping to re-write the Script. But the Script is already written in N.B.A. play on Broadway. D revolution has started in Boston and Utah and IT has spread it to Detroit, and Charlotte. Some peace will have to be made for IT to affect Orlando. Stranger things have happened.
NY sports at its peak can transform the US economy and that is not a Just Bloguin either. Carnegie Deli is selling a sandwich for $21.95 and a nearly .500 team is the most expensive franchise in the NBA. And you want to dIcTate who the owner considers a BFF? Bloggas please.
Cruise or lose.

Got that ass smacked, that's a good thing.Rebounding and D wins games, not just bling a ding ding O.Melo and Stat have been saying that to their credit so they get points for brains.Question is can the leopard get rid of his spots. No D' A has to coach D, and Donnie has to come up with Reboundrs.Jeffries will help but it's gonna take a bigger effort from outside our 3 muskets to make us a lot better.Ordinarily I would be very hopeful,.So you lost to the pitiful Cavs sans the Baron.Anyone can have a bad day, right?.Problem is offensively the day wasn't that bad.Still patience is a virtue, ask any Cubs fan. This is a test of Knick management which is clearly in turmoil. If they have brains and heart, not the players, the org,we come out better.Unfortunately as the losses pile up the presssure to boot Walsh will rise and he will fall to the ingrown toenails that run the joint.D"Antoni will not be far behind. In the end D'B'Ass will be King of the Hill choosing a new GM and coach as per plan. That's the way of the world. We will still have our players, and a new coach. That could be a very good thing, or a very bad thing. When in doubt check the tape.Panic is the enemy.LGK
I'm in a writing mood today, so maybe I'll get to do a post. No, I will not be writing "Time To Bring Isiah Back" or "Rebuilding Isiah's Team," today just to piss people off. But I will get to it. LOL.
Now let's see which national writer has the guts to steal that concept before I write the piece. HAHAHAHA LOL.
Philadelphia is coming on like gang busters. Behind Brand they are 26-16 in their last 42 games and they just hit .500. Kudos to Coach Collins hwo clearly learned a lot by sitting in the booth and taking in the action, because he previously sucked as a coach. I loved him as a baller though, so I am happy for him eventhough they are about to run the Knicks out of a nice playoff spot.
The move that helped the Knicks the most by trade deadline was Charlotte dumping Gerald Wallace. MJ has taken the guys out of the playoff race because he getting ready to build a champion he says. Unfortunately, Gerald Henderson may have a different view of that trade. He looks like he is about to become the player Larry Brown would not allow him to be.
LOL. What did the Sports Guy say? Whatever it is, you can say it better.
But remember, weren't you one of those guys talking about how bad the Letrio of Miami were when they were using their starter checks instead of the ones with their names and addresses on it. They weren't even settled in yet and look where they are now -- jamming those promissory notes up everybodies behind.
Knicks have written a big check, but they still needs some change, rather a change. 'Antoni still needs some D and his new stars will soon complain to Dolan to get them coach with a D in either his name or game.
Doc Rivers has a D in both.
LOL. What side of the bed did you get up on? Or are you still asleep, dreaming about that 30 points Gallo, the starter, freely dropped in against Portland last night along with Chandler's 20 for Denver in a loss.
The Carmelo trade is for the future not the now. Plus, remember that most of denver's team has been playing together for over 50 games. Our guys haven't even fuly practiced together yet.
I wonder how that Carmelo Koolaid taste like now to all the desperate covetous fanatics who disrespected the players they surrendered to obtain Mr. selfish ball stopper?
I'll wager that the Nuggets have a better record than the Knicks at seasons end.
@Statesman Nice way to say that you don't like my reserved stance on this deal.
Live Long and Prosper!
@Lives That's funny overpaying for one night of visiually exhilirating coitus. No thank you! I'm no saint but that's plain foolish. I have to think about the long haul not a fleeting moment in a torrent cutting through the landscape unto a wider ocean.
@Orange_and_Blue No. I have no intention watching you after you have paid more than market rate for the woman of your dreams. I'm sure your future wife would not be on board with that, But remember, it's cheaper to keep her. That's more than a spiffy tag line for marriage narratives. It's the truth.
@Lives we'll see...
@Orange_and_Blue I bet you would pay a little more than market rate for a one night stand with the woman of your dreams. Cost wouldn't matter once you reached the top, now would it?
@Orange_and_Blue Yes, they always give up too much. But in the end, if they win a couple of Chips, we wo't care much.
@Lives Most won't Isaiah has been written up to be anethema to a Knicks resurrection.
But to me it doesn't matter who manages, they always give up more than most teams would for something. The pattern never changes. Never.
@Lives @Orange_and_Blue Plus, after I found out that Perk's extension request was only for a measley ~$7 mil for 4 yrs...Perk is worth that...AT LEAST. Unless he's injured...or prone to injury... idk about that tho. Jury is still out. I likes me some Jeff Green THAT much and with KG & PP and Ray Ray about to head into their twilight yrs (and possible bench duties) its good to get some young legs on the roster.
@Orange_and_Blue The trade that baffles the heck out of me is the dumping of Kendrick Perkins for Jeff Green. I don't get it, unless Perk is really hurt. He was their advantage in the playoffs agianst teams which could not handle the physicality. Jeff Green is not going to put a hurting on LeBron or Wade in the paint.
I was also sorry to see Nate go before he had a chance to flaunt a ring.
@Lives Yeah, helps the Knicks and the other bottom feeding playoff clubs. A weaker Cats team will mean that Indy or Philly will likely stick out the 7 and 8 spots respectively.
@BARF I don't know off the top of my head, but he needs to know some defense and how to work with egos. Actually, Byron Soctt might not have been a bad idea. I've got to think about this one. Pat Riley would be the best (LOL). I really don't know. I'll get back to you on that one.
@BARF @Lives The sad thing BARF is that the Knicks want to make headlines as much as they want to do practical things. Getting a good coach who addresses the defensive imbalance will likely come from a higher pedigree rethread. Do you see what Thibadeau is doing in Chicago. That's why I wanted him in NY. Knicks basketball is as much marketing hype as it is tangible reality!
@Lives would u suggest we give Mark Jackson another shot at the interview? PEwing? Who's next up to the firing line?
@Lives Yeah, makes the convo more enjoyable.
@Orange_and_Blue Hey, I just discovered this like button. Cool. I need to use it more often.
@Lives Solid steady consistent, never phased, as promised. Chemistry is still a work in progress. I know the P&R was more talk than reality w/ the Knicks before the deadline trade. But it seems to be even less between Billups and STAT. And that is still a deadly set for the team. The Knicks must rediscover it.
@Orange_and_Blue How do you like Billups, man?
@Lives A change of coach will be very much welcome in these parts. Also need to get more bodies up front, use the tail of the 1st round along with the 2nd round of the draft to rearm the supporting cast. Knicks look anemic.
Valid point about chemistry. Hope it happens sooner than later. But that likely won't be the deal.
@Lives Ok, talk to you then.
@Orange_and_Blue Great. Look forward to it. We'll talk Melo, NBA trades, Troy Jackson and CBA.
@Lives Ok, send me an email about he agenda and we'll do the show at that time.
@Lives LOL! I loved the rooster pics. Man that's from the front man for Cafe Tacuba a very nice rock, alternative Mexican band.
Don't worry I follow the Nuggets now also w/ the pups migrating to Denver.
@Orange_and_Blue BTW, next time you go to a bar, you know that you can still join the LBE through your phone. We missed your wit and score keeping. We all are very glad not to see those annoying Rooster pics anymore though. LOL.
@Orange_and_Blue Radio show tomorrow at 7:15pm. If that is good with you, I will block it off on my wife's calendar and prep for some fun.
@Lives Yeah, I can see how the trade for Melo is for the future. But after watching the game at a Bar yesteday and seeing how selfish and sloppy and just plain terrible the Knicks looked, I'm starting to regret the Melo Media hype.
FUCK THE SPORTS GUY, WANNABEE KNOWITALL MC!
@Peaceman Ain that something Peaceman. Why ask for someone you are going to send to Siberia. He was figuring it out in NY. It's just to stick it to the Knicks.
It's time to call Ujiri out for being the New Gangsta. All GMs are to be advised to proceed with caution w/ that Q%(*)!
@Orange_and_Blue True O&B,
However, I'm really glad the Cavs beat us.. as they have the Lakers, Celtics Thunder......... I'm not even going to use any of the 5,456,238 excuses made for Gallo. We needed that loss to put things in perspective and face a Heat team Sunday knowing we must bring it all and the Honeymoon is over! BTW... Moz is collecting more splinters in his ass in Denver than empty Vaseline jars at Marbury's Crib!
@Peaceman We'll see. Time to build chemistry and make me look dumb. I'm ok w/ that. I love the Knicks and want them to suceed. Don't always agree w/ the means though.
@Orange_and_Blue Fuckem! Lets here what you say after the heat game
