Knicks Final 2010 Serenade Of LeBron Will Be Without Witness Shaq Who May Be Lost For Season
Written by LivesInNewJersey

''I had a chance to work with Donnie Walsh. He's a terrific guy. I love Donnie Walsh and whatever he does is probably great for whoever he is with.''-- Coach Mike Brown on Knicks creating enough cap space to lure LeBron.

Tonight just may be our final witness of LeBron, in a CAVS uniform, against the Knicks. (Knicks-Cavs Preview). Recent rumors have him desirous of donning a Lakers uniform whether Kobe is there or not.  Supposedly LeBron is interested in playing with a winning coach, organization and team according to this vicious rumor.

We all know about the 2010 plan, but somehow we forgot what the details were supposed to look like -- at least those few details revealed to us outside of the general plan to create a cap space reservoir.  At this point in the year, the Knicks were supposed to demonstrate to LeBron why we are worthy because we can make him a bigger winner on a bigger stage.  At this point, the plan was to showcase two new young rising stars, Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler. We were supposed to show him how we had changed from disrespected patsies of the last few years to playoff contending warriors.  Epic Fail, unless, he comes to New York despite the fact we are on our way to another 50-loss season and our showcase comprises of an all-star without a defensive bone in his body and a former-all-star trying to recover from the damaged, aching bones in his body.

Fortunately for the Knicks, they will face LeBron without Big Shaq Daddy who promised to be the ring-bearer that would give LeKing all the reason he needed to stay in Akron, I mean Cleveland.  Unfortunately for the Cavs,Shaquille O'Neal could miss rest of season for Cleveland Cavaliers with thumb injury. Shaq is expected to be out six to nine weeks after  he has surgery on his injured thumb .  But tonight we should see a much faster and more athletic Cavs team pounding the ball into the paint against the soft underbelly of the Knicks interior defense.  Without Shaq in the lineup we can also expect them to be quick on transition another weakness of the Knicks.

T'man: Can't sleep,Now it's your problem...
More ruminations....
Shaq’s absence doesn’t really hurt them.Shaq now has a real opportunity to play the real man of steel, SuperWinner, too bad Dwight! and he can also mix & match his dialogue with the Terminator, “I’ll be back, DEFINITELY!”And believe he will, for the playoffs. That’s what he was brought in for anyhow.Cleveland will just get better, and more focused as they get used to using all the new spare parts they have recently purchased, including makes-others-Ill-gaukas..Aside from following Barkley’s constant harping to run, LeBron can now focus on the sum/of/the/parts and see how effective the old heads, Mo, Jamie and Curly Verajoa are, with the creaking Ilya in tow.Are they ready for their parts in a Back To The Future" Sequel?Shaq WILL be back, bet on it.He will be rested and very hungry for yet another ring.Only his capacity to heal and team's chemistry will stop him from pounding the shyte out of Kevin G, Dwight, & Gasol and co.If they can read a calendar and count, they can’t be too happy just about right now.As for Bron, this is an opportunity to see what his team is really made of.If they can’t step it up then maybe it’s time to … move on.The public will be looking over his shoulder, should his team cave he would have a Nice Out…but honestly, that I don’t think will happen.Actually Shaq’s injury should be a major positive because getting a overthe hill monster vet to the playoffs healthy and in sync is a coach’s wet dream.

Winning a championship can beat a lot of money," said guard Mo Williams. "The organization has been great to him. We've gotten better my last two years here. That's all you can do for a player of his stature. Teams are going to come after him this summer, not only New York, but also other teams, because he's a free agent. It happens. You've just got to lay it on the line and do what it takes to keep him."
Nope, the tropphy is nice, being a billionaire is better.
Honestly, don’t count New Jersey, err Brooklyn out just yet. With an excellent Big in the middle, nice small pieces and the ability to bring in Bron & a friend, they could be the ones. Why you ask? With a new contract looming, you might want to think a little out of the box.The owner got the franchise for peanuts/rubles and can afford to be generous, wink/wink, LeBron could pick up a chip in Leaveland this summer, then pick up the real prize, a piece of a NYC franchise.Add Him to NJ’s pieces with a friend and they are almost there again to repeat.Bron won't leave without getting one for the folks back at home. But then he puts on his Yankee hat and goes...to Brooklyn y'all!Stern, Nike, Gatorade, and a billion Chinese and Russians are happy, happy, happy!and Bron has the home and big man he covets.I need some sleep.Thinking about this shyte is work,Pass the Doo....

Isola.Daily News. “Seriously, now. D’Antoni has been treated with kid’s gloves for almost two years. Only recently have issues like his lack of communication with the players, his lack of attention to defense and the lack of wins come to the forefront.”

That ain’t turning the cheek, Frankie!Hell hath no wrath like a NYC news corp on the rag
