KNICKS FANATIC EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH ISIAH THOMAS! THOMAS BREAKS HIS SILENCE WITH PEACEMAN INTERVIEW
Peaceman: Hello Coach Thomas.
Thomas: Hey Peaceman, I see you guys have a new look in the Fanatic Penthouse!
I really like it.
Peaceman: Thank LivesinNewJersey for the look and content of our blog.
Tell me Zeke, why did you agree to do this interview with us?
Thomas: Well I know most of you guys from Frank Isola's Blog and most of
you were very supportive of what I tried to do with the Knick team
I inherited. I will admit I've read all the posting from Isola's & Berman's
blogs from 2006 until last year. This is my thank you for giving Isola
and Berman hell for making up stories that existed only in their minds.
I also feel that it's time to set the record straight now that Mr. Walsh
and Mike DAntoni are being exposed with the 2010 Lebron James Myth.
Peaceman: Coach Thomas, are you saying the Knicks have no shot of signing
Lebron James in July?
Thomas: Zero % Peaceman. It is an unpublished fact that Lebron has stated he
will never wear another uniform that doesn't have the Cav's or USA
on it. In fact, there is also another well known "handshake" agreement
that Lebron will one day be the first Player/coach ever in the Cavaliar
franchise history. No NBA offical will admit it, however, every executive
in the NBA has knowledge about this FACT. And finally, everyone knows
that Lebron will one day become the sole owner of the Cav's franchise.
Peaceman: Wow. I find that easy to believe. Now, here's a question I hope you'll
answer without bias. What happened your last year as GM/Coach?
With the talent the Knicks had, you should have made the playoffs.
In fact, I believe the Knicks should have been at least a 3 seed in the
EC. What really happened???????????
Thomas: 
I couldn't live down the unjust verdict. The jokes around the league
and even from our lockerroom doomed our season before it even started.
Mr. Dolan personally blamed Stephon Marbury's testimony as a Major
contributor to the jury verdict. It disrupted the entire season. Even the beat
writers who knew how volitale Mrs Sanders was didn't support our franchise.
If I could change anything, I would have let Herb Williams coach and returned
to GM duty only. That was my biggest mistake! I was too emotionally shot
to coach that year, but if I didn't, it would have made Mrs Sanders seem as
if she was being truthful. I would say it was the lowest point of my life, even
though Mr. Dolan supported me 100% and we are still very close today.
Peaceman: Did you have imput into the lottery pick of Gallinari that year?
Thomas: No, That was Mike DAntoni's pick 100%.
Peaceman: Who did you suggest?
Thomas: In Available order:1 Brook Lopez. 1A. Eric Gordan 1B..Anthony Randolph.
Peaceman: What do you think we should do in this years draft?
Thomas: Come on Peaceman, you didn't tell them I gave you
the "Knicks Thunder Style Piece?"
Peaceman: UMMMM ....yeah..I think I did!
